The owner has expressed interest in CW rugby purchasing the property. This is a unique, "once in a generation" chance to bring a social gathering point to our "Home" - a post-game location and beacon in the community. What better joy could there be than for those boys and girls who were playing in Vancouver Island Finals this 2023/24 season to be able to enjoy the relationships they have made as Oak Bay residents of the future at a rugby club in their neighborhood? This prospectus has been compiled to implement fundraising on an abbreviated timeline to purchase the property.
